Yoshi is from Niigata.
He has been engaged in children’s English education for 35 years, and in infants’ English education for over 24 years. He is passionate about teaching grammar-intensive communication skills, listening, speaking, reading and writing. His guidance on Eiken test-taking is trusted and renown.
Saya-sensei
Hello ! My name is Saya and I’m the head teacher of Hello Kids Pink School! I’ve been teaching for about 9 years now, and love our pink class environment! I want all of our kids to have good character , compassion, confidence , and cooperation skills. My motto is “Teamwork makes the dream work!”
Matthew-sensei
Hello! I'm Matthew, originally from Arkansas. I first came to Japan as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT), where I spent four years in Kumatori, Osaka. My favorite aspect of teaching is connecting with students through one-on-one reading sessions. Outside of the classroom, I play ice hockey, ultimate frisbee, and study Japanese. I also love music, especially the drums! I’m excited to bring music and movement into our daily routine.
Katy-sensei
Born in Ohio, USA, Hello Kids 3rd Year Teacher.
Musical Theater major, TESOL Master’s Certificate. I love music &w Movement and Story time. I am fun-loving, kind, and will find any way to incorporate singing and dancing into a lesson! Let’s be kind to each other and have a great time at school!
Mitsu-sensei
(Childcare-certified, TOKYO 103749)
Mitsu is from Kanagawa. He is a veteran pre-school teacher with 25 years of childcare practical experience. As a professional Mitsu’s creed is childcare that focuses not just on children’s acquisition of English, but also on their development of independence and spontaneity with objects in their environment through the interaction with friends and teachers. Mitsu is the coordinator for the pre-school Blue Class, and as a school manager, is responsible for all classes in the school, including afternoon after-school classes.
Ritsuko-sensei (Childcare-certified, KANAGAWA 103786)
Ritsuko has been with Hello Kids for 24 years. With 18 years of teaching experience as an English teacher for childern, Ritsuko is a highly skilled and dedicated childcare professional. She is very popular among all students, and is an assistant teacher in the pre-school Blue Class. She is licensed as a junior-high and high-school teacher.
Shizuka
Shizuka has been with Hello Kids for 24 years.
She is in charge of administration, school event coordinating and yearbook design. She assists the main teacher in the Saturday class, providing personal help to children with safety management as a top priority.
